Enter your personal details, address, the categories you work in, your availability and how you get around.
Send your documents
Send your documents and a photo, and authorize the criminal background check.
Wait for verification
While we review your documents, the app shows the progress.
Start getting requests
Once approved, turn on your availability and accept the jobs you want.
Verification
Every professional is verified before taking a job. You send your ID (RG or CNH), proof of address and a photo. With your permission, DayWork runs a criminal background check.
Once approved, your profile gets the Verified badge. It shows families that you passed verification.
Fixed prices
DayWork uses a fixed price table, by category and by city. You do not set or negotiate prices: you see the table in the app and accept or decline each job at that price.
Distance does not change the price. If you live far from the neighborhoods with the most requests, you get paid the same as everyone else for the same service.
Emergency (SOS) services have a 30% surcharge. The service fee is charged to the family, not to you.
Payouts
The family pays when booking, and the platform holds the amount. When the service is finished and confirmed, the service amount goes to your balance in the app.
You register your account to get paid by PIX and see your payment history and your earnings by day, week and month.
The service fee is charged to the family and does not reduce your amount. Pending penalties are deducted from your next payout.

Free trial
7 days after your first sign-up is approved.
Late payment
You have 7 days of grace. After that, you stop receiving new requests, but you finish the jobs in progress. Once you pay, everything goes back to normal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time and use the app until the end of the paid period.

No-show rules
Families count on you. That is why missing an accepted job has consequences.
Declining is free
You can decline a request before accepting it, with no penalty.
Canceling after accepting
Canceling after accepting counts as a no-show.
Fine
Each no-show results in a R$ 40.00 fine, deducted from your next completed job.
Suspension
If 30% or more of your last 20 accepted jobs are no-shows, your account is suspended for 30 days. If it happens again, the suspension is permanent, with the right to appeal.
